"Barnett Southern Corporation [BSC} contracted with Black Diamond Construction [BDC] to assist with the reconstruction of Sportsman Marina in Orange Beach Alabama after hurricane Sallie destroyed the marina in the fall of 2020.
BDC crews worked side by side with BSC crews in the positioning of the elaborate floating dock systems and worked independently driving all the nearly 150 steel pipe and timber piling throughout the marina basin.
All the pilings were driven to specification achieving all tip elevations and plumb tolerances. Their equipment was highly maintained, and their crew members worked efficiently, safely and with a high degree of professionalism.
